Description
Produced with olives harvested from 20 hectares of olive groves, this oil originates from the hills caressed by the Tyrrhenian Sea breeze. Made from olives of the Caninese, Leccino, Frantoio, Maurino, and Pendolino cultivars, harvested between October and November, it opens elegantly on the nose, characterized by delicate herbaceous notes and sweet almond, accompanied by hints of apple and chicory. On the palate, it is distinguished by its delicate and harmonious bitterness and spiciness, with subtle floral and arugula nuances, and sweet touches of almond and green apple.
