The products are sold by CERROSUGHERO Farm by Laura De Parri | Loc. Cerrosughero SR 312 km 22,600 Canino (Viterbo) (VAT number IT 01493600561), owner of the site and domain (hereinafter referred to as Salesperson).

Before sending the order theBuyer you are required to carefully read these General Conditions of Sale which are available to you on the site: oliocerrosughero.it – to allow storage and playback.

1a. APPLICABILITY OF THESE CONDITIONS OF SALE

• The General Conditions of Sale exclusively regulate the offer, forwarding, acceptance and execution of purchase orders for the products and services offered on the site https://www.oliocerrosughero.it

• All prices are inclusive of VAT / VAT / TVA / MwSt.
• Definition in Italian: Value added tax.
• Definition in English: Value-added tax.
• Definition in French: Taxe sur la valeur added.
• Definition in German: Mehrwertsteuer.

2. CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT

1. The purchase order is made by sending theBuyer of the “order form” (also called “Shopping Cart“) in electronic format, for one or more products, and by transmitting the aforementioned order form to Salesperson, electronically, following the relevant instructions.
2. The order form contains: a reference to these General Conditions of Sale and to the Information on the right of withdrawal, a summary of information on the essential characteristics of each product ordered and the relative price (including all applicable taxes and costs), the list of accepted means of payment and the delivery methods of the purchased products, the shipping and delivery costs, as well as the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal and the methods and times for returning the purchased products.
3. Activities required before proceeding with the purchase of the products, by sending the order form: theBuyer is required to carefully read the General Conditions of Sale and the Information on the right of withdrawal, theBuyer he is also required to verify the correspondence of the data entered which he will have the burden of correcting in case of errors.
4. Product prices may be subject to updates and changes. L'Buyer is obliged to verify the final sales price before submitting the relevant order form.
5. By sending the order form theBuyer declares to have understood and accepted its contents, as well as the General Conditions of Sale and Use, the Privacy Policy, the legislation on the right of withdrawal. Failure to fully accept such contents will result in the order not being able to be processed. The contract is considered concluded with the acceptance of the order by the Salesperson, after verifying the correctness of the data. This acceptance will be communicated toBuyer via a confirmation email to the email address indicated.
6. Once the contract is concluded, the Salesperson will take charge of the purchase order andBuyer you will be able to view the orders placed by accessing your profile and consulting the appropriate section: https://www.oliocerrosughero.it/il-mio-profilo/orders/
7. The Salesperson reserves the right not to process purchase orders that are incomplete or incorrect, that are not followed by successful payments, or in the event of unavailability of the products. In these cases, the Salesperson will inform theBuyer of the above impediments and returning any sums already paid for the products purchased within the legal deadlines, without further compensation.

In the aforementioned cases, the contract must be considered legally terminated.

In these cases the Salesperson will communicate toBuyer, within ten (10) days starting from the day following the day on which the order was sent, the relevant declaration of termination of the contract.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

1. The essential characteristics of the products on the site are shown on the page relating to each product.
2. The representations of the products on the site correspond to the photographic image of the products themselves. This image has the sole purpose of generically presenting the products and theBuyer is therefore aware that it may not be exactly representative of every characteristic of the products themselves, as they may in fact differ in color and size. In any case, reference must be made to the literal description of the product.

4. PAYMENTS

1. Payment method: theBuyer you will be able to pay the price of the products and the related delivery costs by credit card, PayPal, bank transfer.
2. Credit card
   The circuits on which it is possible to purchase within the site are: Master Card, Visa, Maestro, Discover, American Express, Carta Aura.
   For maximum safety purposes, theBuyer will carry out the payment transaction directly on the PayPal secure server (https://www.paypal.com) or alternatively where the appropriate option is active and selected by theBuyer Stripe (https://www.stripe.com).
3. The Site does not store your credit card number.Buyer, although, thanks to the protected communication system of the reference credit institution, from the second expense, theBuyer himself will be able to proceed with the purchase without entering his data again. The relevant credit institution uses the SSL protocol to encrypt the data transmitted between its server and the browser of theBuyer.
4. PayPal
   Once the order has been confirmed, theBuyer you will be redirected to the PayPal website (https://www.paypal.com) where you will make the payment with your account, or using a card, including a prepaid one.
5. Bank transfer
   Within a few minutes of placing the purchase order, theBuyer you will receive a summary of your order via email and the information to make the payment by bank transfer. The requested goods will not be shipped until the funds have been transferred to the bank account of Salesperson.

5. CONFIRMATION OF RECEIPT OF THE ORDER

Once the order has been received the Salesperson will check the availability of stocks to process the order. In the event that a product is not available, Customer Service will send a communication to theBuyer who will be able to decide whether to confirm the shipment or cancel it.

At the time of execution of the contract, theBuyer you will still receive an email confirming receipt of the purchase order sent. The communication contains a summary of the general and specific conditions applicable to the contract, of the withdrawal, the order number, the summary of the shipping and billing data, the list of the products ordered with their essential characteristics, their price and the amount paid.

6. TRANSPORT AND DELIVERY

The products purchased on the site will be delivered to the address indicated by theBuyer in the purchasing process.

The Salesperson will issue an invoice for the goods shipped for each order placed, sending it to Buyers in digital or paper format only upon request received via email to the address info@oliocerrosughero.it or by calling the number +39.0761 438594 of Customer Service. The information provided by the invoice will be used to issue the invoice.Buyer during the purchase process. No changes to the invoice will be permitted after it has been issued.

Delivery costs are borne by theBuyer and are distinctly specified during the purchase procedure.

All purchases will be delivered by express courier from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and national holidays. The Salesperson is not responsible for unforeseeable delays.

Once the products have been shipped, theBuyer you will receive a confirmation email.

Except in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, the products ordered will be delivered, in Italy or abroad, within a period of 7 (seven) working days starting from the day following the day on which theBuyer sent the order unless theBuyer himself does not receive - within the same deadline - the communication of the impossibility of delivering the goods ordered following the unavailability, even temporary, of the products. In that case theBuyer will have the right to choose one or more alternative products. In case theBuyer decide not to choose alternative products or cancel the order, the Salesperson will refund any sums already paid by theBuyer within the same deadlines.

In case theBuyer would like to indicate a new address for delivery, you will have to contact Customer Service who will give the Courier authorization to proceed.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, RETURN AND REFUND

Pursuant to article 49 of Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 21/2014), theBuyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty.

To exercise this right, theBuyerand will have to send to Salesperson the relevant communication within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods.

This communication must be sent by registered letter with return receipt, addressed to:

The communication via e-mail must also be sent within the aforementioned deadline of 14 working days and followed by confirmation by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt (A/R).

Once the communication has been received, Customer Service will report to theBuyer instructions on how to return the goods.

The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
A. The right applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the product purchased.
B. By law, the shipping costs relating to the return of the goods are borne by theBuyer.
C. The shipment, until receipt is certified in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the Buyer.
D. The Salesperson is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.
E. In the event of damage to the goods during transport, the Salesperson will notify theBuyer of the event (within 5 working days), to allow him to file a complaint against the courier and obtain any reimbursement. In this case, the product will be made available to theBuyer for its return, simultaneously canceling the withdrawal request.

The Salesperson will refund theBuyer the amount already paid, within 30 days of returning the goods, by reversal of the amount charged to the credit card or by bank transfer. It will be taken care ofBuyer provide the bank details on which to obtain the refund (IBAN code of the current account of the invoice holder).
The right of withdrawal is totally lost, due to lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents), in cases where the Salesperson ascertain:
1. The lack of external packaging and/or packaging containing the purchased product
2. Damage to the product for reasons other than its transport.
In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, the Salesperson will return the purchased good to the sender, charging the shipping costs to the sender.

1. Free returns
   The Salesperson intends to provide Customers with the possibility of replacing the Products purchased through the Site.
   L'Buyer who is not fully satisfied, must keep all the documentation relating to delivery and the Product itself in its original packaging and contact the Salesperson by sending an email to info@oliocerrosughero.it or by calling the following number +39.0761 438594 . Customer Service will agree with theBuyer for collection of the Product.

8. DEFECTS OF CONFORMITY

In the event of defects in product conformity, theBuyer you must immediately contact the email address info@oliocerrosughero.it

The legal guarantees provided for by articles 129, 130 and 132 of the law apply to the sale of the products Consumer Code. L'Buyer has the right to restore, without charge, the conformity of the goods through repair or replacement or to an appropriate reduction in the price or termination of the contract. L'Buyer forfeits these rights if it does not report to Salesperson the lack of conformity within two months from the date on which he discovered the defect.

In any case, any right of theBuyer to compensate for damages of any nature, or liability actions of any kind, resulting from non-acceptance or fulfillment, total or partial, of an order.

9. ERRORS

Although the information relating to the products provided on the site is constantly updated, it is not possible to guarantee the complete absence of errors.

The Salesperson reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions even after sending an order, or to modify or update information at any time without prior notice.

11. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The sales contract for the products on the site https://www.oliocerrosughero.it is intended to be concluded in Italy and regulated by Italian law. For the resolution of disputes arising from the conclusion of this distance selling contract, if theBuyer is a consumer, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the Court where his municipality of residence or elective domicile is located if located in Italian territory; in all other cases, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Court of Viterbo.
These General Conditions of Sale may be modified, also in consideration of any regulatory changes.
